Through our Financial Coaching Program, we support individuals and families with personalized guidance to build a strong financial foundation. Our Financial Wellness @ Work initiative brings that same support directly to local employees, equipping them with the resources and education to build long-term financial stability. And because financial wellness doesn't stop at a paycheck, we champion access to education, training, and employment opportunities that lead to livable wages and long-term career growth for our community.

We work to build a more resilient Burke County by connecting people, organizations, and resources to address community needs, respond to challenges, and strengthen local support systems.

ALICE® stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. These are individuals and families who work hard but still struggle to make ends meet. ALICE is just one crisis away from homelessness, hunger, or unemployment. 29% of Burke County Households are ALICE.
