The T. Henry Wilson Community Builder award is given to an individual that facilitates community impact in their efforts or in their initiatives in our community. This person must energize and inspire people to make a difference and build relationships and coalitions that make a difference in human services and public policy agendas. This person ensures that basic human needs are met through the human services network in the community and increase investments in policy and in human service agendas by expanding and diversifying local efforts, and by supporting those of others. This person must reflect the diversity of the community, must be a problem solver that causes positive outcomes to result, and must provide active leadership in developing solutions to public policy and community issues.
