Burke County
United Way is pleased to announce the new
Caring Club®
Card for the 2007-2008 campaign.
For donors who give their fair share
you will be issued a
Caring Club®
Card that will enable you to receive discounts at local
participating businesses.
This program helps everyone.
For local businesses it will helps gain new customers throughout
the year; for donors, you receive a “thank you” that gives back
something all year long; and with continuous communications it
connects donors with United Way.
The card will be customized for the recipient with their name on
the card and key tag mailed to their home. The card is valid
January 1 through December 31, 2008.
How to become
a Caring
Club®
member:
Pledge to give 1% of your annual salary (one hour’s pay per month
for hourly employees) in the upcoming campaign.

Donors
wishing to designate their gift to another county United Way
are eligible for the card.
Donors wishing to designate to a specific agency rather than the
community fund are not eligible for the card.
If not full time, a total gift of $250 is required.
Vendors are subject to change.
