     Quite often, the most difficult part of dealing with a crisis is finding out what options exist.  Burke County United Way helps answer the question:

2-1-1 is a free and confidential information and referral service linking people with questions or problems to services available in the community designed to meet their needs.  2-1-1 is provided by Burke County United Way.

2-1-1 can assist any Burke County resident, organization and/or agency, in finding answers to questions about community or human resources.

2-1-1 serves individuals, families, churches, organizations, associations, businesses, and professionals.
